    Very dissatisfied

Incorrect meds given by staff, nurses, aides, or left in rooms.

Food was un healthy, poorely cooked and served cold. Special diets not followed.

Rooms and bathrooms not cleaned each day.

Noise level after 9 was loud.

People undoing alarms on exit doors after hours to leave and return without keys.

People sleeping in empty rooms while on duty at night.

Hands not washed, gloves not worn.

Patient information shared outloud from staff to staff in front of other people.

Wild cats fed, and encouraged to nest outside doors. Bad smell. Not healthy.

No room to desk oral communication or phones. Only nurse pull buttons. Responce time up to 30 min.

TB test given to me but not read or results recorded.

Could not communicated with cleaning ladies because of language differences.

Front people and office pretty. Good general appeal.

But it is not a friendly happy place for people to get better only go t to die.

Stroke Patient admitted for short-term physical therapy. Terrible experience in only 4 days: 1) Staff threw away a $3000 hearing aid on first day. It was in a MARKED container. Gulf Point's policy is "we do not replace lost or missing items" even though they took a careful and detailed inventory of everything the patient arrived with. 2) Staff left stroke patient sitting on toilet for 45 minutes without assistance. 3) Staff left a feces covered wheelchair in patient's room (NOT the patient's own feces), so he could inhale the wonderful aroma (that's sarcasm).
