My mother has been at this facility for over three years. They have an ongoing staff shortage which results in many issues for residents like my mother. There are many weeks when she goes without her scheduled bath. At times the staff will actually lie about her having a bath when her underwear has not been change from the previous day. She has developed nail fungus because they do not clean her hands after meals. In general, patient hiegine is not a priority.
