I can not Rate a star. I write to tell you and your family .If you have a love one or a friend. Please be ware think twice be for you place or let them go to the Life Care Of Ooltewah, TN off Snow Hill Road. If you wont them to be so doped up that they have no clue your in the room with them. And as hygiene the only way they will get a bath is when you have to jump there ass to get it done. And as for the head of nurse Tony she will tell you she there for the residence when all she care is making sure she looks good fake as they come. I could go on and on with this. I just wont to let you and your family and friends know PLEASE think twice to ensure they get the care that they will need and please stay on top of it and don't use them if can keep from it.
