My grandfather spent 6 months at Northhaven and we were really impressed with the care and concern shown by the entire staff. The staff members treated my grandfather with compassion and patience. We didn't have to worry about him not getting his medicines on time or developing bedsores. His physical and emotional needs were met every day. He developed relationships with the caregivers and still prays for them by name.
On behalf of our family, I want to thank the staff for their committment and creativity. Keep up the good work!
