I know many residents at Brakebill and they are very pleased being there, due to the CNA's. Some go above and beyond their call of duty to make them feel at home. They truly do care about them. My mother has been there for months and is extremely pleased with the care and therapy she receives. The only problem i know of lately is the confusion of the administration,(administrator and DON) and the ongoing construction. besides that we are pleased. Thank you to Brakebill and its nursing and therapy staff!
