Our experience with our tours of the facility were positive and we enjoyed meeting the staff and felt really good about moving our family member into the facility. However, on the day he was set to be transferred, the administrator who evaluated him was extremely rude and hostile toward our family as we worked through his Medicaid process (an already complicated procedure). Her attitude toward our family member, as well as our family resulted in our choosing a different nursing home. If that's the way they treat people before they are event patients there, I cannot imagine how they treat people whose money they already have.
