I am quite fond of this facility as the caregivers here are very loving and have shown me and my family hospitality. They are extremely busy yet if I have a question, I feel the staff responds in a timely manner, they are really eager to make my family comfortable, and to dedicate their time away from theirs to make others more efficient. I would say that sometimes the staff is a little short, but they have an excellent staff and I feel they work together, I have noticed several occasions that they need more help yet I have never heard one of the girls complain. I would rate this facility a 4 out of 5 for sweet nurses and staff that seem to really care!

Called Christian Care and my mother works there and I called to give her an urgent message and I was refused. The Woman I spoke to was named Kathy and had a very unpleasant tone as if I was bothering her. I called back and asked if it would be a problem to have her give her a message to give her, She said, NO. The she told me to Hold for a moment and I was on hold for 15min, and still no answer. This is unacceptable for any business and for this to hold a Christian title, they need to really discuss Customer service and be more respectful to the ones that work there. I wouldn't suggest anyone to use services there or even work there for that matter. I Pray that God would really Hove mercy on this place and rework the hearts of those working there.
