The staff appears to be caring and attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. The one drawback I have noticed is that the call lights have a long response time especially during meals and bedtime. I believe they are understaffed on the nursing assistant side. The rehab department is awesome. The food is sometimes not very appetizing and I think they give the entrees creative names so the residents don't understand what they are getting or may not try something that may be good. I always felt I received a good response when I called with a question.
