Care given to the residents is subpar. This is partially due to the fact that they are either understaffed or training new staff members. Tieszen Home has a high turnover rate due to the fact that they do not treat staff very well and they refuse to address the issues at hand. This high turnover costs them lots of money each year and ultimately affects the residents in a negative way.
