poor service and smell like urine Full Review
There are somethings i would like to say about this facility.The staff are very caring about the residents .they will do what ever it takes to keep the residents safe and happy.Such as dressing up for halloween or wearing santa hats at christmas… Full Review
Very disappointing.... Was recommended by MUSC as a trauma/wound specialty center, but when you allow the patient to treat and care for the wound especially when patient is not ambulatory so nothing was sanitized, I think this is a disgrace… Full Review
