The CNAs never do routine checks, they leave soiled linen and trash in the room, and hide when looking for them when you need something. They don't encourage eating, and have the nastiest attitudes. Too rough and quick, no compassion. Heartland does not care, but rather sweep the mess under the rug and ignore complaints of a family member or resident.
