The CNAs never do routine checks, they leave soiled linen and trash in the room, and hide when looking for them when you need something. They don't encourage eating, and have the nastiest attitudes. Too rough and quick, no compassion. Heartland… Full Review

My Great Grandmother was treated horribly there. She had bones broken and bed sores all the time. I've come in to see the staff eating my Grandmother's lunch and not feeding her. There are a few good employees there but 98% of them are useless… Full Review
