Review of Roberts Health Centre Inc

If considering this centre for your loved-one, keep looking. The centre IS clean (kudos to housekeeping) but lacks the necessary basics such as quality care. There appears not to be enough staff on any given shift and the staff that is available continually talks amongst themselves about personal issues instead of providing quality care to residents. The meals are horrible (thankfully, my mother is only there short-term)…grilled cheese with beets given for one meal - grilled cheese saturated in grease and beets (?)! Told staff my mom doesn't like eggs yet three out of seven days there, she was given egg salad. I'm very disappointed in the quality of care at this facility.
