Briarcliffe Manor should get no stars because my mother was in here and was totally neglected by the staff here and almost died here when she was in good
health but later died because of Briarcliffe. This is an outrage and they should
be held accountable for their lack of respond, concern, caring, etc.!!!!!! How could anyone in their right mind put a happy face on this bad situation. To give 5 stars
is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To give it no stars is the correct rating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This staff is getting paid for what????????????????? I don't know how they can sleep at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
