Recently my father was taken to that hospital.
A Dr.Vasquez was rude and showed no respect to patients loved one (family members).
They speak only spanish, not even making an attempt to speak english,
Nurse staff dont know how to transfer calls , or reach Dr. incharge.
You ask question and schedule appointment to see how they can accommendate you and they wont make an attempt.
They say family members are nelegating their love one,but when you ask for help they have no idea of what they are doing.
Its a shame that Puerto rico has no type of good service for the elderly
or program! But the are quick to judege.
