My Mother has only been there a little over a week and I am so disgusted with the care she is receiving.
There doesn't seem to be adequate staffing. The woman in my Mother's room told us that it's not uncommon to call the nurse and to have to wait over 30 minutes to actually have the nurse come in your room.
When my son, who was visiting went to get a nurse to help with my Mother, and was given an attitude from the Nurse Margret. I later called to check on my Mom, and nurse Margret gave me the same unpleasant attitude.
They are doing renovations to make the building look like a 5 star hotel, but I would much rather prefer that they use the money to hire more help, than renovate.
Fancy court yards, hardwood floors and professionally decorated dining areas do not tend to my Mother's needs, only sufficient staffed facilities do.
So far I am not at all impressed with the quality of care that my Mother has received and am looking into moving her somewhere else as soon as possible.
I would NOT ever recommend this facility to anyone.
