I recently had my Mother stay at Southwestern Nursing Center. She was there from the end of March 2012 through the beginning of May 2012. I must say that I have to disagree with some of the negative comments that are posted about this facility… Full Review

I am a nurse with years of experience and have been in MANY SNFs in this region. Recently, my father was a patient in the nursing center at Southwestern in West Mifflin and I was very pleased with the care he received. The staff was warm… Full Review

This has got to be the WORST place I ever saw. The nurses' aides are hateful, rough, and have no compassion whatsoever . It is a horrible feeling to leave your loved one in this place and have them cry and tell you that their aide was so rough… Full Review
