Worst nursing home in Philadelphia. I would urge you not to allow your parents (or any other family member) to reside there, especially if they are assigned to the second floor where the "forgotten ones" live and where heartless, lazy aides sit about playing with their phones or sleepily stare off into space while the resients sit in wheelchairs day after day, hour after hour with nothing to do but listen to the buzz of the TV. Not a way to live. Bala should be shut down
