Was good at first due to state being there for inspections but then went downhill, lack of care, nurses spread too thin, crude head nurse, and seemed to hide medical finding in patient such as pressure wound which was said to be minimal but when patient went to hospital wound was severe and hospital said wound was there for longer period but MT. Top Senior Care and Rehab said it was minor, family needs to keep up on patient care and to make sure meds are also being monitored properly.
