This facility failed to provide proper pain management to a terminally ill patient, which according to nursing staff was the "pharmacy's" fault. Apparently they never heard of a back-up plan. Also lost loved ones dentures and to date (3 days later) have been unable to supply them to the family. However, they did provide someone else's teeth---which is very unsettling. Lack of enough RN, LPN's per reside. From judgement facility appears to depend on mostly nurses aids--who are very caring considering lack of RN's and LPN's. If possible would provide with a 0 for score.
