Review of Mon Valley Care Center

My relative spent 2 months in assisted living at Mon Valley Care Center. Thank G-D she was able to leave and come home. Horrible food, in both quality and quantity, lack of staff especially on the weekends, filthy bathrooms, no activities, questionable medication administration. What a shame that this place opened with so much promise for the seniors in this area and turned out so bad. Please look elsewhere for care of your loved one.
