Left resident unattended which caused her to slide out of her chair causing a trip to the hospital. Was also infected with MRSA, ecoli, and a third organism in a pressure sore (pressure sore is worse than when she was fist admitted). Staff were not assisting her with meals and she became malnourished and dehydrated which led to another trip to the hospital (she also had a serious UTI and yeast infection). They refused to check her diaper more frequently even though she is prone to UTIs. Did not wash her hair for nearly a month. Several staff members have attitude problems. The list goes on…please do not put your loved one at Spang Crest unless you have absolutely no other option!! I would give a lower rating if I could!!
