This place is disgusting and the state should take action to correct or shut it down. Its filthy, has such a shortage of staff that residents are truly neglected.
Falls, lack of feeding, lack of hygiene and showers are daily occurrences. The nurses have attitudes that keep them behind the desk instead of helping the shortage of aides. The moral is horrible and turnover excessive. No one seems to be able to work for them in the conditions that exist. Supplies are minimal and they are constantly out of towels and linens. Pathetic place!
