i have to agree this rehab nursing home needs to be investigated patient care the very worst.my mother was in rehab died not even two months of being there.went there in the best of health she could be do great.she was left with out her oxgen at time once for a full day she had sevre copd.her nurses beeper button thrown on floor several time we have pictures.her last 10 days there suddenly told she had a swallowing problem to are surprise but they still served her regular food suddenly could not lift arms to feed herself or to get drink and you know it no one there feed her or gave her a drink cup from 2 to 3 days old dry as the desert.this place needs to be closed down asap.

OMG, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. My family member was given medicine from the in house doctor without the consent of any family members. They keep the elderly sedated to make their job easier and collect from the sale of prescription drugs. I suggest that you look into the Medicine that she was taken prior to her death.
