My grandmother was placed here, a week ago. since being there. They have not helped her from her bed to brush her teeth, and her hair has yet to be washed. While there, there was a poor man trying to re-enter the building for 20min. and when a nurse was told, still no one helped the poor man. My father walked out to assist him, My grandmother was not "allowed" from her bed to use the rest room, even though she is capable of doing so, they tossed a diaper on her. I am irate with this place right now, sadly all the other local homes are full currently so she is stuck there til the end of the month.
