Review of Lancashire Hall

2 Star User Review

While Lancashire now seems to have competent management in place and is making an effort to improve the quality of life there, there are still some substandard conditions.

When touring other nursing homes, they seem to be much better organized, well staffed and clean smelling. Lancashire always has a terrible odor in the hallways.

In the Rosemont (dementia) section, there are not enough staff working to assist in feeding residents. Most residents there are not able to articulate their needs and sit waiting while their food grows cold. Sometimes they are not even noticed until the dinner hour is almost over.

I hope to see the management continue to work hard to implement many more necessary changes to improve the conditions. While we've been pleased to see some recent improvements, we are still often disturbed by the level of care there.

they are only doing that because the state was going to shut them down Stay on rosemont at their "suites" it has the makings of a horror movie
