My grandfather stayed here when he needed placed in a nursing facility that could service a trach. We found the experience to be quite pleasant. His needs were met and additionally the family was kept informed and additional services like rehab were explored. He had a feeding tube so we have no experience with the food service that others complain of. As with any institution, I believe the family needs to stay involved in the care. I would've rated 5 stars except on one instance we found him to be a bit wet with urine. We asked that he be changed, which they immediately took care of. We were also pleased with their attentiveness to his distress in having him trasported to a hospital when needed and keeping the family involved each step of the way.
