I would like to thank the staff at Mountain View for the exceptional care that my family member received during their stay. The nurses were very understanding and helpful when it came to our concerns and many questions. The therapy department was amazing as well. Once my family member started participating, I noticed a tremendous change in their mental and physical state. My family member spoke most highly of the aides who made them feel at home. The only complaint that I may have is that the food was no where near being high class, but some days it was not that bad. Overall the care at Mountain View was everything that I was hoping for, and more. If I had to choose a facility for any of my family members, I would with out a question have them go to Mountain View.
