no training for staff. residents suffer. vet few care. do not place anyone you love in this joke of a facility, mom was never bathed on schedule, room was dirty and frequently she complained of staff neglect. I moved her in under a month.ive heard complaints of staff being on drugs or stealing medicine. Mom was missing a pain patch she needed. dont put your dog here. I should have researched better first.
