my grandmother was admitted to this facility after she suffered a fall at her assisted living home. she was at trinity for about three weeks and the care that she was given was amazing. she is now back at her previous home and is doing great… Full Review

This place needs shut down my grandmother because of this place nit responding in a timely manner she fell broke her hip again!!! The help is either 16 or 65 ... Again close down this dump and save our elderly .... … Full Review

My Mother was just placed in this facility and believe me it was not our choice!! They brought her in by ambulance from the hospital and pretty much dumped her in a bed and left her, by the time I was done completeing paper work she was in… Full Review
