If you expect detailed attentive caring service, go elsewhere. Simple needs are not met, the majority of staff should not be working there. Management is lame and covers up issues. Do not place your loved ones here. Call lights are deactivated without patient care. Nurse response when called by CNA for assist, reponse is, "I'm busy". Staff demonstrate lack ot professionalism is just about all areas. One good therapist, and 3 good cnas, 1 good nurse, rest should be replaced. Stupid stupid mistakes repeated over and over, "blockheads that don't know beans". (quote from resident)
