Patient was in to have post operative care. They changed bandages on one wound, but ignored the incision from the surgery, which lead to an infection and additional surgeries. They tried to deny the patient from seeing their own physician. Money was stolen from patient (in fairness, the facility replaced it with their funds). Patients dentures were broken. Would not send a dog to this facility.

Very interesting you say that. Usually if you have a complaint this serious you can have it investigated by 3 different organizations such as senior protective services as well as the oregon board. They will look at every detail to the point where it would be hard for the facility to justify themselves if indeed what you are saying happened. They were exellent in meeting our needs.
