Review of Oklahoma Methodist Manor, Inc.

We recently had our father placed in the Methodist Manor Memory Care unit. The experience so far has been less than satisfactory and a two star rating is being generous. While most of the floor staff appears to perform at a satisfactory level, the level of mid and upper tier supervision and management is virtually non-existent. Visits to the unit by senior staff are rare and the level of supervisor involvement in day-to-day operations is questionable. Engaged supervisors (right up to the CEO) on a no-notice basis would go a long way in improving the quality of the facility and staff performance. In my opinion, attention to detail and consistency of care need serious attention.
