Our very elderly mother was a patient at Parcway for several weeks for rehab following surgery. Overall, we were pleased with the care she received. We felt the rehab staff was excellent. They worked as a team and were caring and professional. We also felt that the majority of the nursing staff was caring and very professional and responded to her needs.
We did encounter a few communications problems between the staff and ourselves related to doctors appointments and things we should have been informed of.
Overall, the facility is clean and attractive. Her room was spacious and comfortable. If we need to use a rehab facility or are asked for our opinion about Parcway, we would not hesitate to recommend them.
