My mom was neglected while here. She was not kept clean. She was not given a shower unless we requested it. She fell and no one came all night to check on her. She ended up sleeping on the floor all night because she was too weak to climb in bed on her own. She was mistreated. The day we took her out she had a huge bruise that was not there the day before. None of the staff was able to explain the bruise. She also said her back was hurting and it had not been hurting before. We had to take her from here to the er. She died the day we took her out.
