Impressive at first, as many can be…to allure you into the assurance they are highly trained professionals with an interest in your situation and high hopes to resolve it. However, just as many facilities, inadequate training does exist here in patient care. Many issues are put on hold while priority is given to staffs personal issues at hand before attending to the needs of the patient.. so it has always been. Nice on one day, change of heart on the next day. Repetition seems to become a dreaded act, to many of staff. However, as in some cases, you will find that diamond in the rough staff member, that you know in the end, will become a quality care giver, never wavering into the pool of stagnation…
