unqualified nursing staff. Nurses were to friendly and talked too much about themselves instead of the resident when approached. No urgency at all when resident was in dire need of help. Physician on residents file never saw her, just ordered harsh drugs. Resident had to be hospitalized as a result of blood thinner. Resident had 4 bed sores and the staff blamed them on the hospital. I visited the resident every day except for two occassions during her stay from mid Dec until Feb 15th when she passed away at 98. Room and bathroom were dirty and I cleaned the sink frequently. One of the nursing staff told me they did "get on the ball" when the facility needed money
