Parent was so neglected it nearly resulted in death. Rotting food in room, parent lying in a urine soaked diaper with no clothes on with an injured head after falling on urine soaked clothing on the floor. Parent had case of thrush that was so bad a specialist said he had never seen anything like it. Even though the parent complained to the nursing staff repeatedly of pain, it was ignored. Crusting skin on parent from lack of bathing. Parent lost tremendous amount of weight and went so far downhill. This place is very dangerous.
