JCAH or whomever regulates nursing home/LTC/rehabilatation facilities in Ohio should tear this place apart with poor record keeping, improper billing to both insurance companies, medicare and private individuals,terrible nutritional needs assessments… Full Review

This is a horrendous place. Yes, they are remodeling, however, this is going on while residents are in their regular rooms and there is a lot of dirt and noise. Every time I went there to visit my husband upon passing a certain area the smell… Full Review
