This facility needs new management. They have a D.O.N who does not care about the facility,her nursing staff or the residents and that is very clear. They have and adminastrator who doesn't know what is going on. Different department heads… Full Review
How many times had your loved one been injured and not reported. Dropped, fell or allowed to fall out of bed doesn't cut it and then they don't call you. Admitted to the hospital! Didn't get that call until the next day. Tears in the skin leaving… Full Review

LOTS OF STAFFING ISSUES AND MANAGEMENT ISSUES. QUALITY OF CARE IS NOT GREAT DUE TO THIS BUT A FEW THAT WORK THERE REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS BUT THEY SUFFER FROM BURN OUT AND IT SNOWBALLS DOWN TO THE RESIDENTS. THE ROOMS ARE SMALL… Full Review
