I have a loved one at this facility and she gets taken care of the way everyone should. The staff is very friendly and caring, however, know one is perfect and mistakes happen everwhere. It is a old building but kept clean and I feel this hurts this home. When I have a concern I call and my complaints are taken care of. I have been in many facilitys and just bacause there are no expensive funiture around doesn't been the residents do not get taken care of. I have faith and knowledge that my loved one has the care she needs.
