This place is a complete joke. They had 2 aids for the entire building on Sunday afternoon. There are probably 2 staff members who actually care about the residents and the others seem like you're bothering them if you need anything. It's hard to understand a lot of the staff they have strong accents. And the ones that you can understand are very snippy. They refused to give me corporates number to call. There was no option to leave zero stars or I would've.
