My father recently went here after a hand injury at his home in the less than two days he was there he noted:
• That his bed was merely a vinyl pad with some foam padding
• His sheets were thread bare and too light to keep him warm
• That the heat in his room was turned off
• The "wound inspector" unwrapped his hand after being told he injured his hand and was there for rehab because of it and then passed out after she saw his amputated fingers
• He sat for 20 minutes before they could find someone to re-bandage his hand.
• When he asked to leave the facility after these shortcomings he was told that he could not leave
• Only when he threatened to have his attorney get involved was he given any real consideration. Eventually he checked out agains their advice and got a home health nurse who has been wonderful.
