I have had my in-laws in several other, newer facilities, but don't be fooled by crystal chandeliers and baby grand pianos! The staff at Clermont were wonderful to my in-laws and to our family. They have many things to do for everyone to enjoy… Full Review

Bad administration straight from the top. Beginning with the DON and the Administrator. This place is littered with bad morale and thus the residents suffer. A high turn over rate for staff proves it. That DON wouldn't know repect if someone… Full Review

I would like to know why certain administration people feel like they have the right to make people feel like they have done something wrong? Isn't it their jobs to make friends and family members welcome to home! I guess it's not the case… Full Review
