This facility may be OK for somebody that needs therapy after surgery.
If you have an elderly relative who needs a lot of care, this is the wrong place to go. My Mother was here, and the poor care was a factor in her death. I was there every day as well as other family members. It was almost impossible to get the required care. We were unable to see the doctor who was in charge. They said she did not meet with family members. We had to bring in an outside medical team to get help for my Mother. We did seek legal action, and were successful. We believe that no living person should be treated the way that my Mother was treated. Our pets get better care than the Heartland was ever able to provide for my Mother.
