They create a personalized care plan for each person. Wear headsets that keep everyone's schedule on time so no one gets forgotten. Food is ok, not horrible, but edible. Majority of staff are AMAZING. Very family oriented environment. Supported our family during admittance which was heart-wrenching. Most staff goes above and beyond. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms could be just a bit bigger. So, my only negatives are ok food and small rooms. But what you get in the quality of care is comforting. They can adjust anything in the patient's daily schedule, from increasing the meal portion to setting up regular bath room checks every 2 hours. Even the maintenance people are kind. A huge difference from our previous place. Just keep in mind it takes a few days to get the schedule set up so communication with the staff is needed. They honestly want to help.
