I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone except those who want to see their loved ones severely neglected. This nursing home staff has missed crucial appointments (chemotherapy, radiation, MRI, blood work) and has neglected to follow through with doctor's orders, particularly doctors unassociated with the nursing home. The staff has stolen personal possessions from patients with the knowledge of the managerial staff who will cover for them and pretend to look for the personal possessions. The staff will witness a patient in critical condition and send the patient from the facility in the critical condition without a concern of the ultimate consequences.The managerial staff will pretend at being concerned and are well practiced at deceiving the patient family. The staff, through the DON, will advise the family of a lung cancer patient that their staff purchases packs of cigarettes for the patient to uphold patient rights. The staff will fail to obtain the necessary medications for patients that will result in the patient passing. None of the staff are competitent to address even the slightest patient needs.
