The 4 out of 5 stars given by the state of ohio is misleading. The nursing home will cover up any violations when they know the state is coming. The violations are so numerous that the state would have to shut the place down. They don't provide… Full Review

Fantastic Wellness Center, had my grandmother back to better than she has been in the last year! She is able to stand on her own and walk short distantces hasn't been able to do that in over a year. Thank you just isn't enough! Wonderful staff… Full Review

I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone except those who want to see their loved ones severely neglected. This nursing home staff has missed crucial appointments (chemotherapy, radiation, MRI, blood work) and has neglected to follow… Full Review
