This home is a money maker for its owner as care is given at a minimal and far benieth the levels of humanity. The staff is incompetant and can be found standing outside the building on the phone, smoking and B.S. with other staff outside or just plain plopped onto the couch watching T.V. or as it is tonight in a car making out with eachother in the parkinglot. I am a resident here for now. I plan on moving to another home soon. I am supposed to get medical evaluations once a week ive had 2 in a month and a half. My physical therapy is 3 times a week , ive been lucky to get it twice some weeks and some not at all. Residents room assist alarms routinley ring 20 to 60 min. before anyone checks on them. I personally witnessed a elderly patient complain of back pain from a fall in her room to the point she begged for help never recieving any. They said she won't remember tomorrow anyway. WTF is wrong with these people? The food is substandard and barley meets the gov. regulations. They actually served A banquet chicken pot pie and a roll for dinner to us patients. This place has to be threatened with lawsuits or report to the state before they will do anything to care for you if it cost money. This includes maintenance to saftey issues with rooms and equipment.
