Don't put your loved ones in this facility-especially not the skilled nursing unit on the second floor. My dad was promised a private room, when we got there no private room was available. Eventually they put him in a dirty private room.… Full Review

HEARTLAND OF WOODRIDGE This place is horrible!! If your loved one is in Assisted Living or on the first floor of the nursing home, you might be OK but DON'T let your family member go to the second floor. They do not take care of your loved… Full Review
